grateful

been stressing over my application for masters these 2 weeks. i really dislike all the nitty gritty and troublesome things i have to do just to apply for one course. gotta write a personal statement thingy which is more like a 500 word essay on why i wanna study and my strengths and weaknesses, still gotta get 2 referral letters, update my resume etc. then still muz go thru some interview thing if i'm shortlisted. urgh. why muz go through so much juz to study???

anyway, despite all the stress and irritation, i'm very grateful. 'cos both my director (and my sup, 'cos he penned the letter) and my clinical sup (she's a registered psychologist!) graciously wrote the referral letters for me. but when i went for the course preview, the head of the program recommended for us to get our uni professors to write for us if it's applicable. sigh. so i had to thicken my skin and email my thesis sup and asked for help. so paiseh, cos i jus dropped by his office 2 days ago to ask abt the course stuff and his opinion on it, seems like i only look for him when i need help. so bad. but thankfully, he remembered me and my work, and he said "i'll be glad to write the letter for you". so grateful leh!!!

then my clin sup also passed me her friend's contact, 'cos her friend's on the docorate program in the same uni and same course, so she said i can call her to ask abt the course and its details! i'm so thankful you noe! i feel super blessed because of these! it's like, these are ppl above me in every position but they're so sincere in helping me! Even if i dun get into the program, i feel blessed enough! Thank You Lord!
